This class is the first of a Sourdough Excess series where Chef Dani will cover the essentials recipes you can make that utilize the extra sourdough starter you have after each feeding. Why throw it away when you can make so many yummy things, like pasta with it. Adding sourdough starter to these recipes serves three purposes; 1. Adds flavor 2. Aids leavening power 3. Increases digestibility.
