Welcome to Fern Street Studios. This beautiful workspaces features a large roll-up door, workshop, office and bathroom. Entertaining space with light kitchen Our Aesthetic is modern industrial with mix of woods, steel and vintage pieces. We are located directly down the street from a great brewery, very close to Downtown Santa Cruz, high-end restaurant and wine tasting.

Studio Amenities

  • Our main space is 20 x 40 feet of flexibility and creativity, we’d be happy to rearrange to fit your needs and the needs of your event

  • We have tables, chairs and linens to comfortably seat up to 24 people ( 4 per table ), and we have additional barstool space available at our large prep table.

  • The kitchen has one sink, a double oven, stove top, a microwave, a full fridge, and ample countertop space for prepping and serving food.

  • Closed door meeting space with farm table seating

  • Warm, inviting entry with small reception desk

  • Coded entry to doorway

  • One Restroom

 

Rental Details

Parking: Free onsite parking, Up to 10 Cars

General Rules: No smoking in the building. Outside catering allowed. Full kitchen available. Must respect quite time after 10 pm.

Food and Beverage: The Little Shop does not provide meals. All food will need to be either prepared by the party or catered. Alcohol permitted with pre-approval

HOURLY RENTAL

  • $150/hr (2 hr min )

  • Hours available: 6am-9pm Every Day

  • 30 person maximum


DAILY RENTAL

  • $1000 for the day (8 hr)

  • Hours available: 6am-10pm every day

  • 30 person maximum
